"Long Time Customer"
What do you like best about Intelex EHSQ?

As a system admin for our organisation, i value the support i get when a ticket is created. The training i have received to date has been top tier and all consultants ive worked with have been incredibly knowledgable and competant (Peitra and Luiz especially). What do you dislike about Intelex EHSQ?

Some downsides to the system config is the complexity of the system. There are a number of different ways to reach a similar result and i am always testing to see what is best. One thing i struggle with are dashboads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The capabilities are endless but the back end is tricky for novice IT personnel"
What do you like best about Intelex EHSQ?

I've been using the EHSQ system for a couple years now, and I must say, it has significantly streamlined processes that we are trying to get our leaders on board with. One of the standout features for me is the detailed workflow capabilities. The system allows us to make sure that documents are managed and every part of the review process is completed and signed off.

Moreover, the customizable checklists feature is a helpful. We can tailor checklists to meet the specific requirements of different divisons within our multi faced corporation. Whether it's adjusting inspection criteria or adding new checkpoints on the fly, the flexibility here is impressive. It has empowered our teams to consistently improve our data collection and monitoring.

The mobile app is another highlight of the system. Its intuitive interface makes it easy for field personnel to access and update information on the go.

Customer support has always been great, but has slowed down in recent months.

Overall, the EHSQ system has become an indispensable tool in our SMS integration and has become our way of everyone being involved in the SMS.I would highly recommend it to any organization looking to enhance their EHSQ management capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intelex EHSQ?

While the EHSQ system offers robust functionalities, there are a few downsides worth noting. For non-IT personnel who are designated as administrators, setting up and maintaining the system can be challenging due to the technical intricacies involved behind the scenes. Understanding and configuring workflows or customizing forms may require additional support or training, which can be time-consuming and sometimes just not available. Additionally, some users may find entering information cumbersome due to the system's interface, which may involve navigating through multiple windows or steps. This complexity can lead to confusion and inefficiencies, especially for those less familiar with the platform or those who do not use it on a regular basis. "Great software for managing ESHQ initiatives"
What do you like best about Intelex EHSQ?

The functionality in the platform is very broad and can be configued really well for what the organization needs. For smaller companies, the out of box functionality is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intelex EHSQ?

The reporting suite needs more work, but external reporting using PowerBI or Tableau is possible, with the right team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A comprehensive and efficient tool with an interface that is not modern enough"
What do you like best about Intelex EHSQ?

The connection between the modules that allows for the creation of events of different types and the grouping of all actions in a single application. The software meets all the needs of a QHSE management system: training, accident, actions, regulations, document management, ... The mobile application online or offline The reliability of the operation The connection with PowerBI Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intelex EHSQ?

The interface is too far from a Windows design. The separation of databases (by type of record) requires multiplying the reports. The limited functions of reports and dashboards with bugs in PDF, PPTX, etc. editing (editing failure, layout not respected). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A robust and highly customisable system that fits our needs"
What do you like best about Intelex EHSQ?

We've been a client of Intelex for nearly 15 years, which defintely speaks volumes of how much we like using their EHSQ system. It has allowed us to both enhance our reporting processes as well as data analysis and trending for the majority of our health, safety, security and compliance teams as well as several other areas of the business. We use the system on a daily basis for a miriad of reasons. Implementation was a fairly straight forward process. We initially started with version 5 in 2009 and then updated to version 6 in 2015 and on both impelmentations the support received from Intelex was second to none and the were very accomodating in helping us trying to acheive our goals. We also use some integration for our employee and flight data basis, which were also a straight forward processes with Intelex working with our Technology department to make sure we were both aligned. The continued partnership we've cultered over the years has only improved our working methods and ideas, with Intelex being open to new ideas as well as optional workarounds, and the system itself can be used out of the box or customised to fit our needs. Finally, everyone one we have worked with at Intelex over the years have always been polite, friendly and very approachable and understanding our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intelex EHSQ?

While I believe the current UI of both the web based version and the mobile version are fine and useable, I do think a refresh may be in order to help the user experience. There are some processes where there are multiple options on how to do the same thing (i.e. it will look one way in on area of the system, but different in another) and while having that choice can be a good thing, for us, we like consitency so it's more a "pet peeve" than a dislike. "Powerful software for the safety professional (and beyond)"
What do you like best about Intelex EHSQ?

Overall the selection of available applications is fantastic. Our organization started by adopting many "safety-specific" applications at the corporate level (EHS Incident Management, Inspections, Audit Management, Action Plans, Document Control), and the software has since been expanded to include Environmental applications and Quality applications.

Reporting capabilities are robust. System Administrators have unlimited access to customizing reports and dashboards that meet their organization’s needs.

System is very intuitive, and user friendly. The Intelex partners (specifically Summit EHSQ for our Safety Applications) are experts in the system, customization options and implementation side of things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intelex EHSQ?

The frequency of our account manger changing has, at times, caused us some minor issues. That has, at times, made it difficult to review ongoing work and gather necessary insights to user metrics and system information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ESG - Corporate Reporting application: there's pros and cons"
What do you like best about Intelex EHSQ?

My experience is mostly in the ESG - Corporate Reporting application, so I'm going to stick to reviewing that. The system is highly configurable if that is what you are looking for. The defined workflow is smooth and provides the opportunity multi-layer data verification. The automated emails to remind users about deadlines and keep them on task are really helpful. It's so nice to not have to think about constantly reminding people to engage with the platform. The data entry is pretty straight-forward and user-friendly. Everyone we deal with at Intelex is professional and friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intelex EHSQ?

My experience is mostly in the ESG - Corporate Reporting application, so I'm going to stick to reviewing that. As a general rule, for the administrator, the platform isn't very intuitive. However once you do figure it out, it all starts to make sense. The problem with that is that as an administrator, you want to be able to contribute heavily to the configuration process, but without the necessary understanding of the system, it's really difficult to make sure the system is what you want it to be. Once the system is set up and configured, you (understandably) have to pay to make changes. If there weren't such a learning curve, it would be a lot easier to make the system what you want it to be from the get-go.

I find that customer service and the ticketing system is hit or miss. Everyone is pleasant enough, but solutions can be slow. Even worse, there's often a barrier to the people you really need to talk to. Every account has a "Customer Success Manager" (CSM). The CSM is your go-between for any support you may need beyond the ticketing system (which handles small technical issues). While they have all been very kind and easy to work with, they also never seem to know what to do. I don 't think this is their fault, but they're a buffer between the customer and the people who do the actual work of fixing a problem. Beyond that, they're always trying to sell you Consulting on Demand (COD) hours. If you need to make any changes, this is the only solution. It wouldn't be horrible except for the fact that you must buy the hours in packages of 10, and if you don't use the hours in a year, you lose them. I think that is a terrible business-model and it really turns me off as a customer. My company refuses this and uses an outside consultant instead, which I think is a missed opportunity for Intelex.
