How would you rate your experience with Intelex EHS & Quality Management Software?

Intelex is an incredibly beefy platform for tracking compliance data. We have ~55 locations across the US, and Intelex allows us to track what is happening across our company in one location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Because it's so robust, there is a massive learning curve to figure out how to use all of it's features. Additional support to implement new features is an additional cost, and searching through the forums to find solutions can be burdensome. Finally, one has to be proactive to receive new updates, i.e., new updates don't automatically push (you have to be proactive in requesting them). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
