Helps us to remotely access all sales opportunities **What do you dislike about InStoreView?** The UI is still basic and the less customizabilty of the software does not help us in changing much. The new tax system is also not implemented in the software. **What problems is InStoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?** The different SKUs have different pricing. Helps in managing the different SKUs in one place. Helps in managing the different vendors and the Sales prediction feature helps us to stock up on the missing products rapidly. ### 5. Good value. The ui is confusing sometimes but not too bad when you get used to where things are. Maybe some youtube video walkthroughs or something. **What problems is InStoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?** As we've scaled we've needed more automation. The CRM is a needed alternative to doing everything manually ourselves. We have grown too large and risk letting messages slip through without some sort of software to help keep everything organized. ### 8.
