We started using the above product for our Retail Stores to connect to Data Center for doing real-time billing and found that this product is very reliable and does not disconnect. Earlier, we were using RDP service of the servers and used to face many challenges during especially at weekends where there was a load of billing on the Stores. This is very easy in configuration either at server side or at end points level, logs are also easily accessible. Well desisgned as per customers choice like having good features like 2FA, Posture check so that we can make end user access very secure. What problems is Instasafe ZTAA solving and how is that benefiting you? Biggest problem we were facing is to deal with traditional VPN technology who are having lots of limitations. Instasafe solve our WFH concern in simplistic way as we were hard to get any concern from end user for VPN related issue. It increased the productivity of end user & they can focus more on business rather than IT issues. Also this is very secured technology in terms of cyber security where 2FA is available so no password sharing possible, psoture check is available so any of the machines does not part of domain, or not having Antivirus patch updated then Instasafe will not connect.
