From top down, everyone is focused on relationships and finding the right solution for you and your company, not just trying to sell their product. InsightOut is focused on your problems and building solutions to help you and that is exactly what we needed since we are in such a unique industry. **What do you dislike about InsightOut?** There was really minimal issues with working with the InsightOut Team. The only delay we had was getting the developers to fully understand our business case because we are so unique but once they did, they produced exactly what we were looking for. **What problems is InsightOut solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our previous way of reporting was old, outdated and very inefficient. We would have to run multiple reports to pull data into one singular report and then manually present that in a professional visual. Because it was such a complex process, the team would rely on 1-2 people to run these reports and share them back out. Now all the data we have is at the tips of our fingers, and we can slice and dice in the results in a matter of seconds to start identifying trends within an individual, team and organization. The best part, everyone has access to these now so they are not waiting on a team to produce them. ### 2.
