None, Insight Assurance helped us demonstrate to our clients that we take security, availability, and confidentiality seriously. 1. It wasn't clear to us upon signing our contract that not all TSC are included in the initial quote. This may have merely been an oversight.

1. Inquire about cost for all TSC if performing a SOC2 audit as there may be additional costs.
