**What do you like best about Inquirly?**

What I like best about Inquirly is that it makes AI customer support feel practical and easy to manage.

I use it to connect knowledge sources, train the AI assistant, and manage customer conversations in a more organized way. The knowledge base and assistant training flow are especially helpful because they make it easier to keep answers accurate and consistent.

The onboarding and setup experience also reduces friction. It helps users understand the product step by step instead of leaving them with an empty workspace.

For our workflow, Inquirly helps reduce repetitive support work, improves response consistency, and gives the team a clearer way to manage AI-powered customer support.

**What do you dislike about Inquirly?**

The main thing I would improve in Inquirly is the guidance around advanced setup.

Features like AI training, workflows, inbox setup, and knowledge base management are powerful, but new users may need some time to understand how they all work together. This can make the first setup feel a bit more involved, especially for teams that are new to AI customer support tools.

More templates, contextual tips, and recommended setup flows for different use cases would make the product easier to adopt faster.

Overall, these are improvement areas rather than major blockers, but better guidance would make the experience even smoother.

What I like best about Inquirly is how it makes customer support faster and more organized. I also like that it is simple to use, so the team can start working with it without a long learning curve. Overall, Inquirly helps improve response time and keeps support workflows much cleaner.

There is nothing major that I dislike about Inquirly. The only area I would like to see improved is having more ready-made onboarding templates and setup examples for new users, especially for AI configuration and integrations. What I like most about Inquirly is how quickly you can go from setup to actually seeing value. A lot of customer support platforms feel overloaded and require a lot of configuration before you can use them effectively. With Inquirly, we were able to get started fast and centralize conversations in one place without a complicated setup process.

I also like that the AI features feel practical rather than just being added for marketing purposes. Instead of trying to replace the team, it helps reduce repetitive work and keeps everything more organized. The combination of AI assistance, workflows, and a unified inbox made day-to-day support operations much easier to manage.

**What do you dislike about Inquirly?**

As a relatively newer platform, there are still some areas where I’d like to see more depth over time. Some workflows and advanced customization options could become more flexible as the product evolves. I’d also love to see additional integrations and more advanced reporting capabilities in certain areas.

That said, none of these were blockers for us, and one thing I appreciated was that the team seems to move quickly and continuously improve the product based on feedbacks.
