**What do you like best about Inquirly?**

What I like best about Inquirly is how it makes customer support faster and more organized. The platform brings conversations into one place, helps reduce repetitive questions with AI, and makes it easier for our team to respond with accurate answers. I also like that it is simple to use, so the team can start working with it without a long learning curve. Overall, Inquirly helps improve response time and keeps support workflows much cleaner.

**What do you dislike about Inquirly?**

There is nothing major that I dislike about Inquirly. The only area I would like to see improved is having more ready-made onboarding templates and setup examples for new users, especially for AI configuration and integrations. Once everything is set up, the platform works smoothly, performs well, and provides strong value for support teams.

Inquirly is solving the problem of slow and repetitive customer support. Before using it, support conversations were harder to manage and many questions required manual replies.
