InnovationFlow.app Reviews & Product Details

Turn scattered strategy work into a living system. InnovationFlow.app connects evidence, proven strategy methods, decisions and roadmaps in one collaborative workspace. Its integrated AI Companion helps your team build the process, apply the methodology and move from first signal to delivery without losing the thinking in between. InnovationFlow.app is compatible with established IfM roadmapping methods, including S-Plan for strategic roadmapping at business, corporate and sector level, and T-Plan for product and technology roadmapping. Configure the strategy flow, workshop sessions and roadmap layers around the method and the question your team needs to answer. Built for manufacturing organisations and technology-driven companies developing physical products, InnovationFlow.app brings customer needs, product functions, technology options, priorities and resources into a connected strategy flow. Use Idea Cloud to organise insights, compare options with prioritisation tools and link the results to visual product and technology roadmaps. Work continues after the workshop. Teams review incoming changes, discuss assumptions and follow item lineage and history to understand where information came from and why a decision changed. The AI Companion helps review documents, explore questions, compare options and propose content within that same process. Your team makes the decisions. Developed in collaboration with IfM Engage, University of Cambridge. Available in your browser, with a 30-day free trial.
