We used to struggle with the old software that needed lots of IT help. Ascend is web based and required no install or setup for us. It woks from anywhere (we used it on a cruise ship more than once to keep on top of work lol). We have about 15 people using it and we couldn't be happier. It only works with limited software. The program doesn't have simple items like due date on the invoice, any modifications like adding in weight for reporting took over 7 months to have. When you request a modification you get a auto generated email back saying it will be reviewed with the team each week..... problem is you never get any followup with this. You don't have the ability to load pricing sheet, no customer facing portal, support is dismal, I could keep going on and on.... I am committed to this program until I can get a replacement.
