Ifta needs work no option to close borders, no hut ny tax, statements for drivers o dont even use it's impossible to change or add something on the statement, like deduction you want or bonus.

"Excellent software for expedited freight"

What do you like best about INMOTIONGLOBAL?

We used to struggle with the old software that needed lots of IT help. Ascend is web based and required no install or setup for us. It woks from anywhere (we used it on a cruise ship more than once to keep on top of work lol). We have about 15 people using it and we couldn't be happier. What do you dislike about INMOTIONGLOBAL?

When we ask for a new feature it can take a while. But, with that said, we are never charged for it so i guess we can't complain haha. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering INMOTIONGLOBAL:

If we can get it up and running (a bunch of non techy people) so can you. It's easy and works really well - especially for expedited shipping and delivery operations where every minute counts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is INMOTIONGLOBAL solving and how is that benefiting you?

It runs all of our shipping operations for 2 warehouses and our small fleet of 11 expedited delivery trucks. It also pays all the drivers and keeps customers updated on deliveries (hospitals and medical facilities that need surgical products stat). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Best TMS Software For The Price. Amazing Value."

What do you like best about INMOTIONGLOBAL?

It's the best value TMS software out there. We got to try it for free for a month right away while we looked at other software. Nothing came close to Ascend for the value we got for trucking company and small brokerage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about INMOTIONGLOBAL?

We haven't found anything 'missing' so far and in fact found several things that no other TMS software had at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering INMOTIONGLOBAL:

GIve it a try as it's free to do so. None of the other TMS systems let you do that. I think you will find the overall value compelling. I would definietly look at other software as well so you can compare them fairly. Look at the most expensive ones and you will find that most of the features they have are already in Ascend TMS. "Limiting for your business"

What do you like best about INMOTIONGLOBAL?

I like that this program works with other applications like Quickbooks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about INMOTIONGLOBAL?

It only works with limited software. The program doesn't have simple items like due date on the invoice, any modifications like adding in weight for reporting took over 7 months to have. When you request a modification you get a auto generated email back saying it will be reviewed with the team each week..... problem is you never get any followup with this. You don't have the ability to load pricing sheet, no customer facing portal, support is dismal, I could keep going on and on.... I am committed to this program until I can get a replacement. What do you like best about INMOTIONGLOBAL?

Reliable and timely delivery of the products is a key concern for e-commerce players like us, and Ascend TMS has been a great tool for managing our logistics and distribution. It's very easy to set-up, took us less than a day. Most important feature for has been the vehicle tracking system and generating reports for the same.
