Invoice processing used to be tedious and burdensome, besides straining your eyes and making it possible to make mistakes in that task. Now, in a matter of minutes, we process invoices, generate accounting entries, and they are perfectly filed and located for later review if necessary... To conclude, customer service is fast, efficient, and they are very friendly in their dealings. **What do you dislike about inmatic?** Right now I can't think of anything, we are quite happy with Inmatic. **What problems is inmatic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before, we used to reach the time of quarterly statements without time and overwhelmed. It recognizes almost 100% of the invoices, even the most difficult ones. Sometimes we receive invoices in very poor condition and I'm surprised that it recognizes them without any issues. The technical support is of great quality and the staff is friendly. The program identifies 90% of the invoices, even the most problematic ones, and relieves a lot of workload. It allows us to work on the quarterly closing with quite a bit of ease. **What do you dislike about inmatic?** The truth is that I like everything. So far, I haven't had any problems. At first, I had employees who were more resistant to change, but now that they have Inmatic, they can't live without the tool. **What problems is inmatic solving and how is that benefiting you?** I didn't think it was going to help me so much with my work, I'm very surprised. It has reduced my workload by 70-80% and it's a joy to have the entire accounting process automated. I can work more calmly, especially during those times of high work peaks. I am very happy with Inmatic. It helps me to speed up the quarterly closings, saving the undesirable bottlenecks and end-of-month stress! I have noticed that the workload is quite reduced since we have it, and moreover, we have been able to reduce errors that we constantly had to resolve manually.
