I like the simplicity in its use and how much it helps us with my accounting tasks, especially in the quarterly closings. Invoice processing used to be tedious and burdensome, besides straining your eyes and making it possible to make mistakes in that task. Now, in a matter of minutes, we process invoices, generate accounting entries, and they are perfectly filed and located for later review if necessary... I have been using Inmatic in my management office for over a year and the difference is remarkable. It recognizes almost 100% of the invoices, even the most difficult ones. Sometimes we receive invoices in very poor condition and I'm surprised that it recognizes them without any issues. Additionally, the technical service is unbeatable; they respond very quickly and resolve any kind of question or issue I have in an astonishingly short time. I like that it is very easy to use and it is more than an OCR, it allows me to automate the accounting process from start to finish. The technical support is of great quality and the staff is friendly. The program identifies 90% of the invoices, even the most problematic ones, and relieves a lot of workload.
