Chat Support, Email Support, and just SUPPORT in general. Not sure why they even call it support because it really doesn't exist with this company. If you do need to reach someone, consider yourself lucky when you reach someone that will actually help. Most times, you'll get someone that just sends you quick close ended and rude replies. I am not sure who manages this team but whoever it is, should get the "Worst" manager award. Don't just take my word for it, google "InkFrog Reviews" and you will see all the horrendous reviews that will confirm what I am saying. If you really want to see more, go to Youtube and do a search and once you find their channel you'll see that they deactivated their comments because most comments are just terrible customer experiences. InkFrog is really great solution to manage with a store, generally i was using it to manage my clients eBay store. It is a tool with fantastic options and you can manage with others people store without getting direct log in details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing i dislike is that pricing maybe could be a bit lower but still it is not a product who can be determined as highly expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like this software its newbie friendly as it is really easy to use and the synchronization with eBay needs just few minutes so no need to struggle.

I have tried many other softwares and I can only say that inkFrog has been the best, and also very clear on the computer screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Only thing I dislike is I have been having a problem with my images not displaying sometimes on inkFrog. Page would time out before anything loads. displaying them. This has happened a few times already but their customer service is always helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Inkfrog has a user-friendly interface that is easy to navigate and commit mistakes. You can also set a time and date when the product needs to go live on your eBay store. You can see the total number of items you have uploaded on your store, how may were sold, how many were not sold for over number of days. You can set Templates to save time when listing because you dont have to put everything that is essential to the product like company contact info etc. They have the option to list unlimited items which other sites are not. The Title character limit is not enough for me. The session time out too quickly for me then i have to start all over again with the item I am uploading. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy it is to set a specific time and date for my products to go live on eBay. It is convenient since I don’t have to worry about posting every single item on my own at a particular time. I can also keep track of my inventory, how many items I have posted and which items have been sold. It’s so easy to navigate! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish they had a free trial to help user try it out. I didn’t want to start using this software at the beginning because I didn’t want to commit to it without knowing how to use it or how useful it would be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I initially signed up for inkfrog with their freetrial and tried it out and came to find out that I like this software for unifying our ebay store. Over time I came to find our that inkfrog is quite easy to use to load products online from our website to eBay,saving time. I noticed inkfrog also has themes for their higher tier packages which we tried out as well as connections to other marketplaces, will get into that more. The navigation classification is accurate as well and saved some headaches from having to reclassify everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding the themes/ templates that inkfrog offers to their higher tier plans for ebay listings ect, they are quite bad. Terrible in fact, at least its not a preqrequisite to using their software and we didnt have to stay on that higher tier for long due to not being happy with the themes that inkfrog offers. This did lead to us having to make our own custom templates from scratch which is not what we wanted to do as it cost us time and effort. Inkfrog also connects to other marketplaces other than ebay, I wouldnt recommend it as we ran into lots of trouble with everything other than eBay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I found this app on the BigCommerce marketplace and had a bit of a rough start on the early stages of using inkfrog as I made a couple mistakes in our setup which wasn't an issue as when I reached out to inkfrog's customer service on the phone they were able to help me quickly. Im please that should we run into more issues we can reach out to them and have been using inkfrog for a little over a month now to connect a couple of our marketplaces together without a hitch. Not a big fan of the way inkfrog syncs, there have been a few too many occurences where everythings looks great and then we realizes that inkfrog did not sync correctly on things like inventory numbers. On the ebay side of things features like store categories and templates are lacking too and inkfrog should work to make those better and more fleshed out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
