## About InkDraft
InkDraft is a post-call deal workflow for service businesses. It uses sales-call transcripts, structured engagement inputs, and organization knowledge to produce structured commercial terms and review-ready proposals and agreements. Providers can generate and edit proposals, professional services agreements, mutual NDAs, and partnership agreements; share secure links for client review, comments, and change requests; export documents as PDFs; collect electronic signatures on contracts and NDAs; and configure one-time or installment payments that begin after signing.
