Infyva Reviews & Product Details

Infyva is AI interview software for hiring teams that get more applicants than they can screen by hand. Add a job and Infyva drafts structured interview questions from the job description, which you can edit. Candidates take the interview from a private link at any time, with no account to create. Nova, the AI interviewer, asks each question aloud and records every answer. Each answer is scored against the job's skills with written reasoning, and the recording sits right next to the score, so your team can check exactly why a candidate scored the way they did. Integrity flags are tied to the answer they came from and are evidence for a person to review, never a verdict. People make every hiring decision. Live AI interviews hold a real-time conversation with follow-up questions. Vibe coding rounds cover engineering roles. Lever, Ashby and Workable connect directly, and hiring managers review shortlists from a link with no login. Prices are public, from $39 a month, with a free 14-day trial.
