InfusePrint Reviews & Product Details

InfusePrint is print management software (a print MIS) for commercial shops running sheetfed offset and digital cut-sheet work. Quoting starts with a real imposition. The layout engine works out how the piece lands on the press sheet, including signatures and work-and-turn or work-and-tumble, then prices paper, press time, coating and finishing from that layout. Change the stock or the quantity and the layout and price update together. Every quantity option shows true cost, suggested price and profit per press-hour. Press and bindery times are calibrated against the runs your operators record. Live boards for prepress, each press and the bindery run on the shop TVs, and operators tap Start and Complete. Customers approve proofs and track their jobs from a link, with no login. UPS rates and labels, QuickBooks Online integration, Stripe card payments, one-click reorders and profit-per-press-hour reports are included. Ask Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Grok about your live shop data through a read-only connector, and automate the rest with a documented REST API. $1,000 per month per shop with every feature included, plus $1,500 onboarding. Month to month.
