**What do you like best about Infrrd?**

I like that our solution is customized to fit our needs. Infrrd adapts to our business model instead of us having to adapt to the tool. It's customized around our customers, our products, and how requests actually come in, which makes the solution more useful over time. The setup was easy.

**What do you dislike about Infrrd?**

Infrrd's documentation and visibility into how certain logic works could be improved. This has been an area where we have needed more clarity. Having that transparency earlier would make it easier to align expectations and reduce the back and forth. Along those lines, as a part of UAT, we were seeing some discrepancies between the original requirements and what was implemented. To manage this, we create a tracking sheet of 'Open Tasks' to ensure visibility and ensure scope of coverage and follow through.

**What problems is Infrrd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Infrrd to streamline customer requests and reduce data entry, providing our customers more response options and lessening manual review.

**What do you like best about Infrrd?**

Infrrd has a team that is dedicated to bringing document understanding and data extraction to businesses, in the unique and challenging space of unstructured documents, of which we deal with in large volumes with construction documents. They make it easier to gather and extract the metadata we are accutely interested in with a straightforward user interface. They have been very helpful in continuing to train the models to improve accuracy and further drive use of the technology they provide.

**What do you dislike about Infrrd?**

As with any AI tool, there are still limitations and data volume needs in order to create a successful model, however Infrrd tries to bridge that by offering help with data consumption for model training.

**What problems is Infrrd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Infrrd is helping us to extract data from unstructured construction documents for the creation of records within our CRM.

**What do you like best about Infrrd?**

- The ability to create custom models for various document types and extract information efficiently. Not template-dependent.
- The user-friendly interface and comprehensive feature set facilitate easy configuration, training, and testing of models.
- The reliable API-based Integration with our internal platorms and services. Fast and relatively easy set-up.
- Regular usage and good feedback from end users have shown it to be a reliable tool to automate document processing in my organization. 
- The customer support team is responsive and supportive. A number of features and improvements were (or otw to be) implemented as per our feebdack.

**What do you dislike about Infrrd?**

- There is still a learning curve involved in optimizing the performance of our models. However, we expect that upcoming features will ease the process.

**What do you like best about Infrrd?**

Infrrd also provides pre-built models for many types of annoyances such as invoices and other peculiar documents. The learnability of models for specific document types is useful since it lets me avoid manually pre-processing exotic cases.

**What do you dislike about Infrrd?**

Infrrd has issues dealing with documents with assorted lay-outs or structures which are not well structured. For instance, invoices with other fonts, complex tables occupying two or more pages, or hand-written annotations pose a challenge.

**What problems is Infrrd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Infrrd has helped in minimizing time and efforts that is taken in processing of invoices and other financial papers. The data extraction part can be handled by a machine while my team can shift their concentration to analyzing trends and discrepancies.

**What do you like best about Infrrd?**

With Infrrd, I have found that the time required for data entry in accounts payable is much reduced. The working interface is clear and non-constrictive allowing the user to freely adjust the fields used for data extraction.

**What do you dislike about Infrrd?**

Sometimes Infrrd lacks accuracy when it comes to certain specificities, which can be a nuisance. They sometimes face problems with different invoice structures or a complicated structure of the invoice.

**What problems is Infrrd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have noticed a significant increase in Invoice processing since engaging the services of Infrrd. It reduces the working time of my fellow team members which in turn they can utilize in carrying out more complicated tasks.

No major dislikes at this point, IDP is an ever evolving technology and Infrrd is doing pretty well at keeping up.

**What do you like best about Infrrd?**

The AI-supported questions feature allows quick model creation.  The primary customer support director is very responsive and helpful in training and problem-solving.

**What do you dislike about Infrrd?**

Communications for model development troubleshooting usually occurs next-day, early morning, because of the US-India.
The Questions function has a Beta feel, for example returns text blocks with carriage returns between each word.
Model configuration management needs tooling/structure.  (We created regions for Dev/Test/Prod.) The copy a model feature doesn't work, so model duplication is manual.  Infrrd has done manual duplication overnight for a 70-field model, though.

**What problems is Infrrd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to ingest and transform documents including handwritten and checkbox images into data for downstream processing.  This offloads a large portion of manual data entry.

Infrrd is an IDP platform that really covers the needs of the company where I work for. It is to adaptable to business needs, you can configurate models pretty straight forward. Additionally has a great support from Product Managers.

**What do you dislike about Infrrd?**

- The way to log in/Log out. 
- It is required frequently to clear cache

Reducing the time consumed while processing invoices
Increasing the productivity of people by eliminating operational and repetitive tasks

Infrrd is motivated to make your project a success. Their user interface is easy to use and self service to a large degree. Extraction accuracy is high. Post processing possibilities are very sophisticated.

**What do you dislike about Infrrd?**

At the moment the relationship works great and there is no major dislike.

**What problems is Infrrd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Infrrd is splitting large files for us, classifying documents, extracting information from these documents, and post processing the extracted information. The extracted and post-processed information is delivered via API to us.

They always care for the products and solutions that develop. They are constantly sending reports and sharing useful information. They are really good partners and I highly recommend work with them.

**What do you dislike about Infrrd?**

Nothing so far. They are doing things well, the relation with the Customer Success is really good, we have meetings every month to see where can we keep growing and working on new projects together.

**What problems is Infrrd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Artificial Intelligence, Receipts, and Documents Scans. The impact on our clients has been huge. The solution that we create together is a real game-changer for the market.

**What do you like best about Infrrd?**

These days OCR technology is essential for modern AP Automation workflow. OCR functionality enables AP software to automatically extract data from digital invoices, eliminating the need for manual data entry. Many competing options are available to provide raw data extraction from digital documents, but that is not sufficient to transform or offer seamless integration with your AP workflow. 

Retrieving data from an invoice is one thing; placing data into the correct attributes in an accounts payable system is another. That's where I believe infrrd.ai OCR solution and its managed services distinguish themself in the marketplace. Along with providing machine learning capabilities to achieve extraction accuracy, data validation services play a critical role in successfully mapping and creating invoices in external AP systems.

**What do you dislike about Infrrd?**

Over the time OCR technology has evolve significantly but its benefits are still conditional. It is not replacement but still a tool to facilitate AP automation therefore OCR partner with affordable managed services is important for its success.  There are always scope of improvments such as Logo recogniation , extended multi-language support and multi region tax recognition....etc.

We were looking for a cost-effective, low-maintenance Invoice capture solution. Infrrd OCR solution provided optimal value at that time.

The speed of automation provided by the solution is astounding. We use the solution in our accounting process and are able to process payments a lot faster than ever

Nothing specifically. The solution from Infrrd has been a great plus to our overall process and our end users are happy as well

We are using the Infrrd technology to change how our teams operate. We are planning to unlock at least 50% strategic capacity so that our people can focus on more important and valuable tasks. So far, the Infrrd team has been helpful and responsive to our needs and is always willing to guide us through this journey.

**What do you dislike about Infrrd?**

Some of the out the box integrations could have been packaged a little better through configuration, but this has not stopped nor delayed the project.

We are allowing our people to focus on more valuable tasks than capturing documents.

**What do you like best about Infrrd?**

Accuracy of extracting details from receipts and invoices. The mobile SDK for capturing images is also a big plus.

**What do you dislike about Infrrd?**

It is a little expensive but it works okay with our data volume.

**Recommendations to others considering Infrrd:**

Fairly sturdy system, can take some time to integrate with your system but its well worth the investment. The support team is quite helpful.
