I wanted to land high potential clients by cold outreach, however, I wasn't able to reach or land their inbox due to shared infra, but then I started using Infraforge because I wanted a more private and controlled setup for my cold email outreach. I’m a copywriter, and when I’m reaching out to larger companies, I want my outreach infrastructure to be separate from my regular email accounts.

I was on shared IPs for a while and it was fine early on. But as some campaigns started mattering more, I didn't like that their performance partly came down to how everyone else on that setup was sending. So I moved those onto private IPs with Infraforge and kept shared for the rest.

The main thing is that my reputation on those campaigns is mine now. If someone else burns an IP on a shared setup, you feel it and there's nothing you can do about it.

Setup took a bit more effort than shared, which is fair given what it is. Nothing hard, just worth doing properly rather than rushing. Since then it's been steady and I've barely touched it.

What I like is getting real infrastructure without running it myself. Doing this from scratch means servers, IP warming and constant upkeep, and I don't have time for that with a small team.

Worth knowing: private IPs need warming and steady volume to stay healthy, so they're not worth it for low sending, and they cost more than shared. Neither bothered me, but I'd want to know going in.

I use Infraforge when my volume ticks up after proving out a campaign, and it's my long play because I don't want to share the domain with less careful users. I know that my email reputation isn't going to be adjusted to a group, and starting out with Primeforge helps me inherit an above-average score. After getting settled and my numbers are consistently high, having my own dedicated IP is cleaner and safer for getting that perfect score. It's an easy move over from Primeforge. I'm not the technical person, and having a tool that makes navigating the AI email space easy is ideal. I haven't found any issues that would make me say it doesn't work well or could be improved; it's straightforward and easy. I use it with other SalesForge tools like Warmforge and Primeforge. The initial setup was very easy, starting with Prime Forge and then moving over. I would give it a 10 out of 10 when recommending it to a friend or colleague. I thought Infraforge would help with mailbox creation and warming them up, but it only creates mailboxes tied to an API. Their services are deceptively and ambiguously marketed. They don't integrate with modern companies that need Google Workspace or Microsoft 360 integration. I requested to be migrated to PrimeForge shortly after purchasing when I realized the service wasn't usable for me, but support said mailboxes couldn't be migrated, and I needed to buy new ones. They also wouldn't offer a refund so I could pay for their other service. It should be clarified in their marketing that they don't warm up the mailboxes and that mailboxes are not transferable. I started looking at Infraforge when I wanted more control over my sending setup. Having private infrastructure and dedicated IPs gives me more room to manage things the way I want.
