I know that my email reputation isn't going to be adjusted to a group, and starting out with Primeforge helps me inherit an above-average score. After getting settled and my numbers are consistently high, having my own dedicated IP is cleaner and safer for getting that perfect score. It's an easy move over from Primeforge. I'm not the technical person, and having a tool that makes navigating the AI email space easy is ideal. I haven't found any issues that would make me say it doesn't work well or could be improved; it's straightforward and easy. I use it with other SalesForge tools like Warmforge and Primeforge. The initial setup was very easy, starting with Prime Forge and then moving over. Setting up domains and mailboxes used to take a ton of time with manual DNS records, but they handle most of it. I was able to get everything running pretty quickly, and they are quite clear with why doing certain things helps with deliverability and share strategy. The dashboard is simple to use. Being able to see everything in one place saves a lot of hassle and jumping back and forth. IP management is also surprisingly good. The integration with Salesforge is unsurprisingly very good. The pricing is pretty upfront which I like. Support is also pretty good. **What do you dislike about Infraforge?** The documentation could go a bit deeper for more advanced scenarios, and we did run into minor hiccups with DNS settings. **What problems is Infraforge solving and how is that benefiting you?** Infraforge has honestly taken a lot of the hassle out of setting up our cold email stuff. Before, getting new domains and mailboxes ready was a total pain-lots of messing around with DNS records and hoping we didn’t screw something up. With Infraforge, most of that is automated, so we can get everything live in way less time. The dedicated IPs are a nice bonus too; we’re not stuck worrying about someone else’s bad sending habits messing up our deliverability, and our emails are actually hitting inboxes now instead of spam. It’s also just way easier to keep track of everything. If we need to add more mailboxes or domains, it’s quick and doesn’t turn into a whole project.
