**What do you like best about Infor Interaction Advisor?**

It gives prescient examination promotion self-learning offer administration motor, which helps in the examination of market information. I loved the constant dynamic element which truly assists with recognizing the most applicable market crusades. Adaptable to draw in without using any channel.

**What do you dislike about Infor Interaction Advisor?**

The Data Import option is not very useful or  simple to use. Integration is a little tricky to grasp. The main disadvantage is the effectiveness of  training.

We always want to provide the best possible  service to our customers by providing thousands of conveniences for a unique experience, and  with the help of Infor Interaction Advisor,  everything is much easier and more organic. A  wide variety of tools that can be used for the organization and administration, for the  best marketing of direct contact with our clients, we find it  wonderful to have the help of this program.

**What do you like best about Infor Interaction Advisor?**

we had to find our own telephone solution. We have offices all over the country, so instead of using a cable TV package or something similar, I knew a feature-packed VOIP service was a must. While others offer similar features, I needed a company I could count on to help me through the technical end of setup because we are too small for our own IT department.Has seamless integration with Office 365 products. New versions, enhancements, and features come at no additional cost.It may well be in the top five customer service experiences I have come across. And these are complicated and deep issues that they help us with. But your staff knows your business and can solve problems at any time.

**What do you dislike about Infor Interaction Advisor?**

This provided an inexpensive solution for our communication needs. It also allows us to assign phone numbers to employees' cell phones without using their personal data or phone usage.

**Recommendations to others considering Infor Interaction Advisor:**

There are options to adjust the time before calls are routed to voicemail. You can create messages that play based on when the call is received (before/after hours, lunch, lockout). Staff members can even log into the system and work from home.but we found it to be incredibly useful. If there is ever a problem with a customer, we can simply review the call and have evidence to resolve the dispute. GTC offers unprecedented customer support.

**What problems is Infor Interaction Advisor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Don't get me wrong, it has good reports that are easy to see, but we need more detail for our call tracking and it's hard to figure out and piece together what reports we have access to to get what we need. We have to ask for a separate emailed list from one of our contacts, which I think could be annoying for the agent if they have to keep doing it every time we need it. Not very basic issues, but still some things I'd like to see.

Infor Interaction Advisor is a real help, it will be in charge of constantly looking for the best decision in your next step, this software is designed to facilitate interactions with all your clients and partners, achieving as its main objective the advancement and growth of your business, not there is another program with these characteristics that make Infor one of the best in the market, it is a continuous learning with this application of how to find and execute a marketing campaign on the web, I have been applying Infor for a long time in the development of my business and the advantages have been many since then.

Unfortunately there are times when we want to change certain aspects of the system for our needs, the downside of this is that sometimes it is annoying how slow it can respond depending on the magnitude of the change.

In any undertaking that is responsible for offering optimal service to its customers, it is vitally important to have a system that helps you understand and streamline interactions with all your customers, in addition to being organized with all the operations that take place throughout the process. of the day, Infor is the software I recommend for the development of all these features and thus increase the profits of any business.

The feature of real-time decision making is great in today's world which helps in identifying the next best and most relevant marketing campaign, which is really important in today's market where there are so many competitive products and applications and customer's experience and quality of buyers and customers is very important for your business to sustain.

The cost could be an issue, hence for the smaller business to try it out, it would be great if some free period trials are available so that it would be easier to understand if it's easier to integrate with the current environments of different existing businesses.

This product can definitely be considered as a good CRM product and currently with huge customers and data, real-time analysis is great. it provides good customer experience.

It's the best CRM tool. I liked the real time decision making feature which really helps to identify the most relevant market campaigns. Also it has personalised interactions

Nothing as such . As far as I have explored this product I found it pretty easy and helpful which makes solutions easier and we can implement in a better way using this .

I used predictive analysis and self learning offer management engine also I have explored real time campaign updates. It also has pretty good feature which is closed loop response tracking .
