It should be noted we are still on Infolease Version 9, which is unidata/unix based (numeric entry to select menu commands). Clients are now upgrading to Version 10 which is windows based i.e. point and click, but has the same general look and feel as V9. My point here is that V9, while outdated in its presentation, is incredibly stable being a market leader for years. It's reliable and accurate in terms of meeting our lease accounting needs as an equipment leasing company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Operationally the downside is probably just V9 being an older technology which requires maintenance (although it has served us very well for 3 decades). With numerious clients upgrading to V10 the bugs should be worked out for our conversion in 2023 hopefully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Amazing and seamless experience. Having had many difficult experiences in the past, the whole process was really smooth. The customer service was second to none! I would also like to state that I had hesitantions at first but would recommend infolease to anyone looking for a practical and seamless solution. Certain things took a bit longer but that was due to Covid. This was probably not a major issue but it could have been for other people. Now a Vaccine has been released hopefully these issues can be resolved moving forwards.

I would also potentially like to note that we would have potentially benefitted from some kind of system that would have allowed us to have complete oversight of the project from start to finish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
