Clients are now upgrading to Version 10 which is windows based i.e. point and click, but has the same general look and feel as V9. My point here is that V9, while outdated in its presentation, is incredibly stable being a market leader for years. It's reliable and accurate in terms of meeting our lease accounting needs as an equipment leasing company. **What do you dislike about InfoLease?** Operationally the downside is probably just V9 being an older technology which requires maintenance (although it has served us very well for 3 decades). With numerious clients upgrading to V10 the bugs should be worked out for our conversion in 2023 hopefully. **What problems is InfoLease solving and how is that benefiting you?** Leasing has unique financial accounting, operational and tax reporting requirements and Infolease meets those needs. We are audited annually by a big four audit firm and have a clean audit opinion. ### 2. Having had many difficult experiences in the past, the whole process was really smooth. The customer service was second to none! I would also like to state that I had hesitantions at first but would recommend infolease to anyone looking for a practical and seamless solution. I would also like to note that competitors are close but in terms of price vs solutions, infolease come head and shoulders above everyone else! **What do you dislike about InfoLease?** Certain things took a bit longer but that was due to Covid. This was probably not a major issue but it could have been for other people. Now a Vaccine has been released hopefully these issues can be resolved moving forwards. I would also potentially like to note that we would have potentially benefitted from some kind of system that would have allowed us to have complete oversight of the project from start to finish. **Recommendations to others considering InfoLease:** The cost benefit of this system is far beyond that of any comoetitors. All you will need to do is test the system and you will see for yourself the benefitd this can yield! **What problems is InfoLease solving and how is that benefiting you?** Leasing issues. The benefits are that the entire operational process is much smoother. I would have to say the biggest benefit of this whole process has been the financial cost/benefit. We personally believe we got a very good service for a very good price which is of course very important for every person. Some people have told me negative things about infolease but none of the turned out to be true which was a huge relief to all of us! ### 3. Just go for it. **What problems is InfoLease solving and how is that benefiting you?** Very high volume highly critical leases of machinery and equipment by the client I had worked for were performed through Infolease. Straight forward plug and use for all types of lease processing, taxation calculations were inbuilt, reporting has been straight forward with very minimal need to customize. ### 5. And easier to look up. **What do you dislike about InfoLease?** Sometimes complicated info. can not be easily retrieved. **What problems is InfoLease solving and how is that benefiting you?** You can recognize and deal with arrears and defaults (Leases that have not been paid on time), you can easily spot them and make a report. The leases are easily uploaded to Microsoft access for monthly reviews. ### 7. You can book the lease contract in the system, so you are very clearly knowing when the lessee need to make rental payment and when to charge late charge. **What do you dislike about InfoLease?** When I was working with Infolease, we need to do day end, monthly end and year end manually, the system couldn’t change date automatically. **What problems is InfoLease solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Infolease I can easily get what is the residue value of an asset. So if customer wants to dispose the asset it will be much easier to operate. Also I could get most of financial report from the system, doesn’t need manually calculate.
