I just think that profile and influencer section should only be 1 and handled from there on (campaign, programs, seeding etc), receiving emails into Influencity or more integration tool options would be great with customer service tools (Gorgias, Freshdesk etc) to be able to send emails without switching back and forth with Gmail.
