You dream it there is a way to program it . This is a great system that grows with the company. Most companies change over the years and instead of having to get a new WMS this one can grow with you. This is end user friendly , doesn't take long to master using it . **What do you dislike about Infios WM?** Its so changeable and configurable that sometimes changes that are made are not the best practices, just because it can do something doesn't mean it should. Most WMS system charge a lot of money for simple changes and more for complex , so companies put a lot of thought into approving changes,. With this system making changes is so easy it can just be overdone . **Recommendations to others considering Infios WM:** just go for it , you will not be disappointed. Get help from an experienced HJ Admin that has done a few implementations, its makes all the difference in how smooth the roll out will be and ease of transitioning to a new system. Don't be cheap. Don't think that all the processes out of the box won't need customization. **What problems is Infios WM solving and how is that benefiting you?** easy of warehouse management. live real time data at your fingertips ### 2. You can rapidly develop and implement changes for next to no cost and allow your DC to respond quickly to emerging risks and changing circumstances. The users will pick it up quickly and with genuine enthusiasm due to level of input you will be able to give them during design. **What do you dislike about Infios WM?** There is less expertise than some of the better know suppliers and you will need a strong in house team support team. I wouldn't really say it's an out of the box solution. **Recommendations to others considering Infios WM:** Build a strong in house support and test team and involve your users early. **What problems is Infios WM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Primarily the removal of risk from having outdated, unsupported software systems. A massive reduction in future upgrade costs through HighJump's unique approach. But also some Warehouse optimisation and functionality enhancement. Most notably the ability to remove pick waves and set downstream capacities to manage flow. ### 3. Doesn't take very long to learn, and fairly simple to navigate. Keeps things running efficiently in a retail distribution center. **What do you dislike about Infios WM?** I haven't found any downsides to using this program. Depending on what you're using it for, it can be a little confusing at first to learn, but once you use it on a daily basis it becomes pretty easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. **Recommendations to others considering Infios WM:** This is a very efficient application to use for large distribution centers, especially those with multiple locations. **What problems is Infios WM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeps our distribution center running smoothly. Helps with warehouse function. It is good to be able to see a customer's order throughout the warehouse process, in case there need to be any changes made to the order before it leaves the warehouse. **What do you dislike about Infios WM?** I have noticed a few glitches within HighJump from time to time. Orders will be placed in our system and not appear in HighJump which can cause problems. **What problems is Infios WM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Shipping orders to customers.
