Which I got to easily and surely. I didn't have to worry about any maintenance tasks, which cause a headache, especially in a small team. **What do you dislike about infinitrac?** I didn´t know what Infinitrac stands for. Maybe clearer structured information about what they do, for example through video. So it took me a while to understand what the idea of the story is. **What problems is infinitrac solving and how is that benefiting you?** Infinitrac, at least in our case, created a platform that we could use in our workstations. Far away from each other. I could see that after the initial push, this has speeded up the work and has created opportunities for brainstorming possibilities, which we don't have much time to have in our organization anyway. ### 3. Since it is cloud based, it is very easily available within and out of the office environment. Allows collaboration along with it’s RBAC framework. **What do you dislike about infinitrac?** The documentation available is lesser at the moment. Does not have all the features of MS Project **Recommendations to others considering infinitrac:** Good project management tool to start with. The biggest drawback of not paying for the software is that older messages are not archived forever and will be deleted as space is required. However, I have found that there is months worth of conversation still stored in the app, which for our purposes is more than enough. **What do you dislike about infinitrac?** The onboarding process is still a bit difficult. It's hard to explain what infinitrac is to others who aren't familiar with it, and the learning curve can be a bit steep, especially for those who are most comfortable communicating via email. I've had difficulty getting some external collaborators to use it because of that barrier. **What problems is infinitrac solving and how is that benefiting you?** Overall, this is a great way to communicate in a work place for all sizes. If you are a new business and want to test this out I would highly recommend doing so. I know several organizations that use slack and I have never heard a negative review about this software. ### 5.
