**What do you like best about Inboxy?**

INboxy helps us delivery for our own & our agency clients outbound activities and ensure we are scaling consistantly. The integrations and ability to build meaningful campaigns that drive meetings and inbound conversations is second to none.
The setup, daily management and reporting are intuitive and easy to learn and also train your team.

**What do you dislike about Inboxy?**

I am yet to find anything we truely dislike.
Customer support are always close by

**What problems is Inboxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a scalable way to bring client email accounts in house and have them setup in our ecosystem, ready for outreach efforts.
The benefits of inboxy is we have a high deliverabilty score well before the camapigns start.
We also have standby generic email boxes just hangout out ready for action, or for new clients with urgent needs.

- email warm up was always a tricky process before. With this tool, it has become absolutely easy

- nothing yet, they have carefully made this product keeping in mind customer's needs

- For any outreach project, deliverability is one of the most important and perhaps the toughest part to crack
- As someone who has done 1000+ cold outreach campaigns, this was a huge pain point before

It greatly increases the percetage of delivery of our clients. It is very easy to set up  and the support is amazing

Nothing, it is great for the moment. Set up process can be difficult for non tech-saavy people, but support will get you there

Very nice userface and easy to use, quick to get set up

Live support not very helpful, when asking anything often answers take a long time to respond to

It is a much more advanced version of warm up and works with mailgun which is what we needed it for

It helps to prevent your emails land in the SPAM folder. Its easy to use and set up. Once you set it up it will do the rest.

Nothing that I can think of at this point.

It helps me with my domain health when doing Outbound Marketing campaigns.

My favorite things about Inboxy are the quick warm-up time for new inboxes and the high deliverability of emails.

Nothing at the moment. It's been a smooth ride.

**What do you like best about Inboxy?**

Ease of implementation and I don't need to reconnect inboxes as frequently as other similar platforms. Integration is quick and easy and their customer support is rapid.  Easy to filter emails away from the main inbox in a CRM. Accessible interface.

**What do you dislike about Inboxy?**

Seems too good to be true sometimes. Passive communication about some things that might be important like needing to reconnect an inbox.

Mass emails ending up in spam is the problem we are using Inboxy to prevent.

Sometimes email deliverability goes down for various reasons and inboxy helps to recover the authority of a domain and email address. It can also be used to pre-warm email addresses before a new launch.

**What do you like best about Inboxy?**

After a couple of weeks of installing it, I found my email deliverability going up which also led to better open rates. I've not heard about any other such tool in the market so far.

**What do you dislike about Inboxy?**

My team didn't find the price point to be falling within the budget. And, I'm still looking for ways to reduce our email bounce rates. If they can solve this effectively, it can prove to be a game-changer for us.

**What problems is Inboxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Looks like it helped us to improve our email deliverability as it might have landed in the prospect's primary inbox by bypassing Spam filters. Thus, it increased our open rates & somewhat reply rates to an extent. This really aided us to book more number of meetings with the prospects as compared to the previous months & we started conversations with a large number of folks.

It gets little bit addictive so you need to use self-control and only do this for the most important emails you have.

There is nothing I like about Inboxy. FRAUD ALERT.

They are operating a fraudulent service. They fail to honor subscription cancellation requests. This is an unethical operation that is operating under a fraudulent pretext.

**What problems is Inboxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had deliverability problems. Inboxy did NOTHING to remedy the issue. They do not honor refunds and are operating under a fraudulent pretext.

If I had to choose one thing, it would be that Inboxy gives us open rates that no other email deliverability has ever been able to do.

The word ‘dislike’ is not applicable to Inboxy.

We were leading the league in emails going directly to spam. After installing Inboxy, spam was a thing of the past and our future is brimming with meetings.

The most helpful thing about Inboxy is the founder is an expert on cold email deliverability. Getting out of the spam box has gotten harder, but Inboxy always is one step ahead.

Only downside is if you don't have money, since you will be at a disadvantage to those who can afford it and use it.

It solves our ability to get our emails and offer read by our ideal prospects. This is so key to growing our business, easily increases the amount of replies we've gotten.

The results are great. My deliverabillity skyrocketed after using it for about 2 weeks. I noticed my emails started going to spam because my open rates were so low. After warming up with inboxy, I was back to above 50% open rates. It's  simple to set up as well. If you think your emails aren't landing in your prospects inbox - you gotta use it. Game changer

Honestly not much. It gets the job done. If your cheap you might be upset with the price point but it's worth it
