InboxAgent Reviews & Product Details

Leads arrive at info@, at sales@, and in each salesperson's own inbox, mixed in with client questions, invoices and noise. On a busy day some are never answered, and you are the one answerable when a real lead goes quiet. InboxAgent watches the mailboxes you already have, on Microsoft 365, Gmail, Zoho Mail or any standard IMAP mailbox. Rules you control clear the obvious noise. AI works out what the rest is. Sales inquiries land on a Leads board with the original email attached and a name against each one. Everything else that needs a person goes to Follow-ups, with an owner, and stays open until it is done. For plenty of businesses this is as much CRM as they need. You get your own pipeline stages, custom fields on a lead, tasks with due dates, and CSV export whenever you want. If you already run a CRM you do not have to leave it. With Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk or HubSpot connected, leads and service requests flow through as well, and HubSpot works on its free tier. What it covers: - Shared mailboxes and individual mailboxes, each person authorizing their own - Rules-first filtering you control, AI classification for the rest - Every sales inquiry on a board, with an owner and the original email attached - A Follow-ups board for everything else that needs a person, open until done - You choose what lands there: service requests by default, plus invoices, renewals, partnership approaches, job applications or legal notices - Anything the AI is unsure about waits for a person. It learns from your team's corrections It is read-only. It never sends mail from your mailbox and nothing is moved. Two-factor authentication, role-based per-mailbox access, CASA security assessment completed. Connect a mailbox and classification starts in about fifteen minutes. Nothing to migrate, nothing to install. $20 a month for your whole organization including the first mailbox, $5 for each extra mailbox, unlimited users. 7-day free trial.
