IMS allows very easy reporting, and extensive search features. Tasks help us not miss anything that needs completed or followed up on. The best thing is that we get direct downloads from our companies, which automatically update policies at renewal, or when a policy is changed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some things I feel could be a bit smoother, just in functionality. For instance, being able to select a tag by clicking anywhere, instead if right in a radio button, along with smoother keyboard shortcuts as you go through screens and the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
