**What do you like best about IMS I?**

Simple and easy to navigate, and the tech support staff at Xanatek is knowledgeable and always friendly and pleasant to work with. Functionality has improved tremendously since the IMS4 update, and I love the new Merge and Move features. 

**What do you dislike about IMS I?**

It would be nice if it were possible to merge notes together, for situations where duplicate notes have been entered. I also miss the ability to zoom in on documents in File Center.

**Recommendations to others considering IMS I:**

For those seeking an exemplary Information Management System, I would highly recommend IMS and Xanatek, Inc. 

**What problems is IMS I solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Logging accurate and secure client information is extremely important, and one of the most important aspects of my job as an insurance agent. Documentation and notation are a top priority on my list of daily job activities and requirements. Notation is of the utmost importance, and has been a saving grace in Error & Omissions situations.

**What do you like best about IMS I?**

Forget paper files...IMS is the perfect system to manage your clients information. It is very easy to use. I enjoy how it keeps your clients information thoroughly organized.

**What do you dislike about IMS I?**

I don't necessarily dislike anything; I do wish there was a way for IMS to store client's coverages (liability limits, deductibles, etc.)

**What problems is IMS I solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IMS provides a management system that makes accessing your client's information very simple.

**What do you like best about IMS I?**

IMS allows very easy reporting, and extensive search features.  Tasks help us not miss anything that needs completed or followed up on.  The best thing is that we get direct downloads from our companies, which automatically update policies at renewal, or when a policy is changed.  

**What do you dislike about IMS I?**

There are some things I feel could be a bit smoother, just in functionality.  For instance, being able to select a tag by clicking anywhere, instead if right in a radio button, along with smoother keyboard shortcuts as you go through screens and the program.  

**What problems is IMS I solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest one, is now having updated information at our fingertips without having to do many steps to get there.
