## About ImportHQ
ImportHQ is production and purchase order tracking for small importers. It covers the stretch between placing an order and getting it on a ship, which usually lives in a spreadsheet, a chat thread and someone's memory. That is how a sample sits unapproved for three weeks and nobody notices until the ex-factory date has gone. Every order is tracked against milestone columns you define yourself. Rename them, reorder them, or create your own, so the tracker follows how your product is made rather than forcing a fixed workflow. You also choose which milestone acts as the gate, so orders are flagged as at risk on the step that matters for your category. Late orders flag automatically. Every order lands on a shared ex-factory calendar. Suppliers get a scorecard built from your own order history: on-time rate, sample rejections and real lead times.
