## About iManageRent
iManageRent is a cloud-based property management software suitable for landlords and property managers with single or multiple properties of all sizes. The platform offers online listing syndication on 14 different sites such as Zillow, Apartments.com, etc., tenant screening, rent collection, security deposit accounting, document storage, maintenance management and much more. Users add company logos and configure colors for emails, invoices and reports, and administrators can set up additional user accounts for property managers and landlords. Online rent collection can be configured for multiple bank accounts, multiple tenants, pro-rated rent and late-fee parameters. Support is provided via phone and email. Pricing is per unit. Monthly and annual pricing plans are available.
