Since we started working with Imagineer, it's been an excellent experience, from consulting monthly strategy planning that helps us better focus our efforts. Imagine not only helps us reach our goals, but optimizes processes by making our day-to-day life easier.

**What do you like best about Imagineer Customer Experience?**

It is a trained and knowledgeable team in the industry; they provide excellent attention and follow-up.

**What do you dislike about Imagineer Customer Experience?**

It is not a large consulting company, not like PWCOY; therefore, resources are not superfluous.
It is a niche company, the only service they offer is in customer experience, and they do not focus on finance or any other type of business.

**Recommendations to others considering Imagineer Customer Experience:**

-Ask Imagineer about acount based marketing strategies.
-Confirm if with current technologies it is possible to reach omnichannel, since it is the focus of the strategy.
-Inbound strategies are not achieved in 6 months, you have to wait 12 to 24 months.

**What problems is Imagineer Customer Experience solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Every month they build landing pages, thank you pages, forms and I don't have to worry. Imagineer manages the CRM, sequence, email creation. They helped us automate sales and marketing processes with Hubspot.
What's more. They managed to integrate the web site with a chatbot to serve the customer in an omni-channel way.
We were assigned a customer experience consultant, who helps us carry out inbound marketing and account based marketing strategies.
Identification of the person buyer, innovative strategies, in addition to the automation of processes to improve sales.

Imagineer has helped us to organize the team through sales, service and operational processes, where they ensure that the internal response capacity is exceptional. In addition, since we started working with the Inbound methodology, we have been able to align our marketing strategies, annual and commercial objectives for customer retention and acquisition.

**What do you like best about Imagineer Customer Experience?**

In general, it is an orderly team, which provides monthly monitoring with the support of the Inbound methodology and its best practices, through the creation of content, marketing strategy and process automation.

**What do you dislike about Imagineer Customer Experience?**

Their service is fine, but they do not have specialization in portals in human capital management in organizations

**Recommendations to others considering Imagineer Customer Experience:**

You should ask for the best HubSpot license that suits your business, so that the creation of monthly strategies is effective and has the omnichannel that this tool offers you.
 
In addition, the consultancies and automation within HubSpot, through Workflows, sequence, lead scoring, etc., are ideal if your sales team is not having desired results.

**What problems is Imagineer Customer Experience solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now, we are redesigning our B2B strategies, creating content, creating quick win strategies on LinkedIn, and creating alliances by exposing our services to the food production industry in Costa Rica.
 
Throughout this time working together, the right buyer personas have been defined for the generation of quality content, such as: email marketing shipments, assertive publications on social networks, discounts, webinars, ebooks, among others. This also allows us to automate our processes with innovative strategies to improve the sales process.

They have a very complete methodology that integrates the definition of the strategy, helps in the definition of business processes, technological automation and a very precise and consistent monthly monitoring. They have perfectly coupled these strategies in Magento Commerce, which allows them to strategize with the implementation of an effective and fully oriented buyer persona in the sales funnel.

**What do you like best about Imagineer Customer Experience?**

The best thing about Imagineer's service is the guidance provided from start to finish. We achieved a joint effort with the sales department thanks to the guidance provided by them, thus achieving our SMART objectives during the year.

**What do you dislike about Imagineer Customer Experience?**

I think that having an ecommerce is not easy for a company like ours but there is no point where we have actually disagreed with the excellent methodology that they use within the strategy. We only hope to continue growing hand in hand with excellent professionals.

**Recommendations to others considering Imagineer Customer Experience:**

Always consider the methodology. When we are working in this way sometimes we tend to think that we can sell without considering our buyer person and we can hinder the sales process.

Integrating an agile methodology is a complex task that must be solved with different departments. We were able to align them together with the Imagineer company and therefore we have managed to optimize our metrics, obtain more qualified leads and see our dreams come true.

Imagineer has been a great support for our company, since its initial consulting we have improved the automation of processes within the company and we have achieved more conversions thanks to the monitoring and strategies that we have implemented with the Inbound marketing methodology and the Export Portal developed by they.

**What do you like best about Imagineer Customer Experience?**

Imagineer is a consulting firm that specializes solely in Customer Experience. That focus is unique to a Marketing or Sales manager.

They have an extraordinary follow-up service. Its accompanying methodology helps to achieve sales results.

**What do you dislike about Imagineer Customer Experience?**

They still do not provide their service in all states. Its services are mainly located in Florida, Texas, California, New York and LATAM (four countries)

**What problems is Imagineer Customer Experience solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First we define the Buyer Persona well, we were selling to the wrong people. Imagineer helped us identify that problem.

We had software but no automated orderly process. Imagineer came to understand As-Is processes, then To-Be processes; later they helped us choose the correct platform -Magento eCommerce-
