Cost wise it's affordable and also it has a family plan which can cover upto 3 to 5 adults and no limit for children It's reliable and secure. **What do you dislike about Identity Guard?** Cost wise the credit monitoring feature is a bit costly. Also there could be some enhancements brought in future with respect to the UI and connectivity. Also there can be its own VPN launched for use that can help more security. **What problems is Identity Guard solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hiding the IP, and security of my connection. This is the must as personally I work in a bank and erp firm. I have a lot of confidential data that need protection. ### 2. The application and the Graphic interface are very much user-friendly. It has a collaborative approach to getting things done. **What do you dislike about Identity Guard?** It creates passwords automatically, which I dislike about it. Also, the user gets logged out every after 5 minutes even if you are actively using the software. **What problems is Identity Guard solving and how is that benefiting you?** Identity Guard is quite beneficial in changing passwords and checking the user's priority and how user access can be handled.
