This broad coverage helps users detect suspicious activity early on. If your identity is compromised, IDShield provides licensed private investigators to assist with restoring your identity to pre-theft status. This level of service is often considered more hands-on than competitors, giving users peace of mind. **What do you dislike about ID Shield?** The mobile app can feel somewhat limited in features compared to the desktop version, making it harder to manage your account or monitor alerts on the go. Some users report inconsistent experiences with customer service, with longer-than-expected response times or challenges in resolving complex cases. **What problems is ID Shield solving and how is that benefiting you?** he service provides credit monitoring for all three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion), as well as tools for tracking credit scores over time. ### 2. Dealing with these notificatons can be tiresome and confusing at the time. **What problems is ID Shield solving and how is that benefiting you?** ID Shield offers me the sense of protection which comes from the sonstant search for signs of my personal information being misused. This is because the knowledge that I am being protected reduces my level of anxiety when conducting business online. ### 3. Both devices are used in my remote work, so it's important to be protected when working with clients' files. One of the best features is the password checker through ID Shield. If I've used the same password more than once, ID Shield will suggest changing the password for better security. Or, if my password has been used for a long period of time, ID Shield will suggest updating the password and make suggestions for a more secure password sequence. ### 4. I dont know of any downsides. The service you are buying is what you get. **What do you dislike about ID Shield?** The admin portal is really rough. It's difficult to get anything transacted in the portal. There are no enrollment/termination exceptions that are made. **What problems is ID Shield solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its a nice added benefit to the employees. ### 10.
