What do you like best about Identifix Direct-Hit?

Faster diagnostics, with more complete and accurate repairs. The help from the technicians has been extremely valuable. I also like that we’re able to see updated information when something has been changed from the OE to correct mistakes that were previously missed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Identifix Direct-Hit?

At times, the cost in time and resources to reach the person who can help us walk through things is a bit higher than I’d like. We’re also finding more and more that we’re the first shop to notice these issues, and we’re the next generation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
