Built for privacy, reliability, quality and scale, IBM Video Streaming is powered by IBM Watson AI. There are two editions: IBM Enterprise Video Streaming (private virtual events or internal corporate communications) IBM Video Streaming (external virtual events or unsecured communications) Both editions include storage, event support, custom branding, content management, multi-user accounts, and real-time analytics. Both are powered by IBM Watson AI for automatic speech to text conversion and automated closed captioning. IBM Enterprise Video Streaming - For streaming to authenticated individuals who are either all part of the same organization or, for external audiences, an administrator uploads authorized email addresses in advance to allow access via email authentication (or a 3rd party registration system can be used via API connector). If a 3rd party system is used, IBM Enterprise Video Streaming along with the IBM Authorization API are used to seamlessly connect. Live streams and videos can be embedded in any other website as well and retain security settings when used this way. What do you like best about IBM Video Streaming?

Ustream is very easy to use both from the management side and the user side. Highly impressed with the efficiency, I love giving opportunities for a company with multiple site offices in different locations to hold important group meetings so that information doesn't need to be divided. This is an innovative product that is substantially better than any platform we have used in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM Video Streaming?

I'm not sure about the price, but my manager says that our disk is not very large because it's an expensive chat, it's not very easy to access, and you can't embed the video for users who are not logged in. Not sure about the price, but my manager says that our drive is not very large because it's expensive. I have been having problems trying to record outside the app, still learning. IBM's upstream allows our company to collaborate with other offices across the country and share files. So far, it is compatible with many of the systems we use, and our clients use Ustream efficiently and in the most cost-effective way possible at our scale. Any organization that needs to distribute and interact with live internet broadcasts will find that Ustream meets a majority of their needs. Their level of customer support and quality is very good. Also, their interface can be very simple to use, resulting in volunteers being able to use the system. The only setback, specifically is price. You can ask viewers to attend only if they give you an email address so that you can create your mailing list for further info/questionnaires/other events. It is also Good quality multi-bitrate transcoding in the cloud and you are able to share with Facebook and Twitter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

chat is not so much easy to access and you cant embed the video also to non-logged in users. and please add a demo at the start of work so it help us find out the things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Getting the correct components for a given setup can be tricky.

Videos take up alot of data storage so our training videos being save on a separate cloud account is really nice. Keeps everything organized & doesnt muddle up our other drives Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
