"UI and easy handling"
4/5
What do you like best about IBM SevOne?

I must thank team bundling every network engineers needs under one screen from auto ticket generation to easy topology view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM SevOne?

I am not sure if this issue is in recent versions of SevOne that either it creates a new ticket at every link flap or Adds a comment that circuit is flapped n number of times now which creates a lot of burden to see the actual comments by colleagues about work done. I would rather suggest to have one field as number of flaps or occurrences in the default view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"SevOne The Best Performance Manager"
5/5
What do you like best about IBM SevOne?

I like the possibility of adding capacity and managing the growth of what is monitored, all consumed from a single source. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM SevOne?

I believe that the application offers everything necessary. In my particular case, the only thing I need is to have the appropriate infrastructure to be able to migrate to a more recent version, although this really does not depend on the application itself. "Good tool for keeping an eye on complex networks"
4/5
What do you like best about IBM SevOne?

SevOne has made it a lot easier for us to spot network issues before they cause real problems. I like how much visibility it gives into the network. The dashboards are customizable, and the alerts are fast and pretty accurate. It's especially good for bigger setups where you need to monitor a lot of devices without getting overwhelmed. Once it's tuned properly, it saves a lot of manual work. It’s great at catching small issues before they turn into bigger ones. The real-time performance monitoring helps our team stay ahead of outages. The way it handles large data sets without slowing down is a big plus too. Overall, it gives peace of mind that we know what’s happening in our network at any time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM SevOne?

Getting everything set up at the beginning wasn’t easy — it’s not very plug-and-play. It took us a while to understand how to get the best out of it. Also, it can get expensive, especially if your environment grows and you need more licenses. The learning curve for building reports could be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
