"Quick Creation of Flows, But Requires Improvements in Documentation"

What do you like best about IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM)?

I can quickly change business rules and create new flows according to the company's rules. The rapid creation of flows, rules, and tests is quite useful. Additionally, the ease of use of IBM ODM is a strong point. The ability to not configure incorrect services for customers, such as ensuring that prepaid and postpaid segments have the appropriate services, is essential. What do you dislike about IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM)?

I had difficulty with the non-intuitive verbalizations and the lack of some necessary verbalizations that needed to be created in the XOM. Additionally, I wish the IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) were cheaper.
