The biggest thing for me is that I can actually build out custom tracking fields for our local component suppliers without putting in a ticket with corporate IT and waiting three months for them to tell me it's not a priority. When we moved over to ianaiERP I set up our own fields for vendor lead times and multi-currency PO matching across the international distributors we deal with, and it just worked. Our old setup was a nightmare of regional spreadsheets that nobody trusted because every warehouse had their own version. Now when a supplier in Asia quotes us in USD and our local fulfillment people need the numbers in EUR, the matching is right there and I don't have to reconcile anything by hand. ianai keeps the supplier logs in one place and I can pull up lead time history on a vendor in about ten seconds, which honestly used to take me half a morning of digging through email. Building the custom approval workflows for our high value enterprise purchase orders was tedious at the start. Anything above a certain threshold has to go through several sign offs and getting those rules configured took a lot of trial and error with my procurement team before it behaved the way we needed. Not a dealbreaker, just annoying for the first few weeks. Also when I'm looking at the big bulk shipment tables on the mobile app I have to scroll sideways a lot, which gets old fast when I'm trying to check something between meetings.
