HyreTech Reviews & Product Details

HyreTech is AI resume screening and applicant tracking for recruiting firms, startups and hiring teams in Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand. For each role, HyreTech drafts weighted criteria from the job description, and you can edit any of them. Every applicant gets a score per criterion with a written reason, and the list is ranked as Shortlist, Consider or Not a match. Nobody is rejected automatically: a recruiter decides. Keep your ATS: upload a roles CSV, an applicants CSV and a resume ZIP, then read the ranked results. Nothing is written back to your ATS. Or run hiring in HyreTech, with a branded careers page, a job board listing, interview scheduling, interview notes and a talent pool you can search in plain English. On the Growth plan, Verification Confidence scores each resume from 0 to 100 and flags any that copy the job description or have dates that don't make sense. 2,000+ applications scored. Free plan with 20 AI credits; paid plans from US$49 a month.
