Useful. **What do you dislike about HyperSnap?** Not good for capturing long rolling screenshots. Video capture feature on Snagit is much better. There is no comparison. **What problems is HyperSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?** While we no longer use the tool since rolling screen capture and video capture needs were not met as required by Hypersnap, the tool was helpful in basic screen capture needs when we did use it. ### 2. Fast, effecient way of doing this. ### 3. The ability to take a full screenshot of document without having to scroll through the document is an added advantage compared to Snipping tool. The option to be able to add filters and draw figures, when required avoids the usage of an additional tool along with HyperSnap to achieve the required features to the snapped image/text. **What do you dislike about HyperSnap?** The payment expected for the service is a little too high, especially if located outside USA. Region specific pricing would help in good diversity of users from all parts of the world. Secondly, the interface to look at is a little icky, like a tool built in 90's, rather than a feature rich interface, appealing to the eye. **Recommendations to others considering HyperSnap:** Utilize it to complement Snipping Tool of Windows. Both are good in their own way, depending on what features are required in a given situation. Utilize the free version for 20 days and then take a call on whether its something you would use it on a frequent basis, before going for the paid version. **What problems is HyperSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm using it primarily for my text snapping. It helps me get good clarity text snippets at just the required size with the right formatting to make it reading pleasant. I also utilize it while taking screenshot of a webpage, when I have running sheets. ### 4. I love how you could alter the screen captures, especially the resolution, correction, black/white, halftone, and grayscale. It does not deter the screen capture from having a bad quality even after using all of those features. **What do you dislike about HyperSnap?** Although all the features are great, I am a bit disappointed that the Text Snap feature is no longer available. It did help me out with some things with my screen captures, but I guess the other features make up for it. Additionally, the software is unfortunately on the slower side, so it is not that great when I am in a rush to finish a project. Other than that, the other features are satisfactory. **What problems is HyperSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?** While using HyperSnap, I have been able to get quality screen captures and be able to edit them in a way I want them. It is also very useful that I could screen capture the whole window, an active window, and more. It is also easy to set up the ratio of the screen capture which is very useful to me. These hot keys are usable while working as long as the program is running on the background **What do you dislike about HyperSnap?** The software opens very many tabs when the license link is clicked, I almost thought it was a virus. The software also hangs in the rectangular selection **Recommendations to others considering HyperSnap:** If the prospective client does not have any other options then they can give this software a try **What problems is HyperSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?** Snap images are great addition to documentation and it is a good way to show clients software functionality ### 6. Another area of improvement is the user interface of the tool which looks quite old and could be improved. **What problems is HyperSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?** This tool is used in our organisation to capture the screen and share the screenshot of the image wherever required. Maybe over the email or in a conversation, or in the description of the Jira task while raising a defect. ### 7.
