I found issues with downloading proof (or attachments) but I believe that may have just been the permission access I was granted. It slowed down the progress of being able to pull down support documentation and reviewing it in a timely manner, as I needed to continuously go back to the control owner to have them re-upload it in a different manner. Upside of using Hyperproof is an all in one tool to track your Risks, Issues, Controls for various Compliance programs and regulatory requirements. It has been helpful to have every thing and everyone in one tool. Security settings allow you to set up external auditors and control owners differently from the access the compliance team has. The tool is a work in progress. With that being said, the Hyperproof team is always taking feedback for features and working to build those out quickly. A painpoint for me is not much on the Dashboards/Analytics and still can't perform Risk Assessment using the tool. However, I'm sure Hyperproof will be looking into this soon for their clients.
