What do you like best about Hyperproof?

I love how straightforward the initial setup of Hyperproof was, allowing us to start using it immediately. The environment was created quickly, and the integration features, although initially tricky, offered real benefits once set up. I appreciate the enhanced visibility into our controls and risks, helping us understand our issues and resource allocation better. The ability to manage controls centrally and the features like hyper syncs are hugely beneficial, especially with the integrations with Jira and Confluence, which ensure we have the latest information without manually searching. What do you dislike about Hyperproof?

What do you like best about Hyperproof?

Hyperproof has made automating a GRC program very easy and attainable. There is a large number of API connections available to many common Infosec tools and it is extremely easy to set up and manage the automation piece. What do you like best about Hyperproof?

It is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The dashboard is very helpful for a quick look and check your company's compliance status. The features are good. Hyperproof is continuously improving and they do updates regulary. Workshops are good especially if they have new features coming in. Hyperproof support is awesome, you'll get a swift response if you have a concern and provide a temporary solution while checking at your concern. They will update if there's any development.

Our company has been using Hyperproof for almost three years now, and it has really changed the way we manage our compliance. It makes my job much easier. What problems is Hyperproof solving and how is that benefiting you?

Management of regulatory compliance or frameworks. It is easy to manage and track compliance, saves you a lot of time. The Audit module significantly streamlines the process of collecting evidence, saving you valuable time and effort. By automating and centralizing evidence collection, it eliminates the need for constant back-and-forth emails and reminders to owners. Instead of manually chasing down submissions, the module provides a structured platform where evidence can be uploaded and tracked seamlessly. This reduces administrative overhead, minimizes delays, and ensures that all required documentation is gathered efficiently and in a timely manner. "Powerful End-to-End GRC Tool That Delivers for Partners"

What do you like best about Hyperproof?

The multi-program/standards offerings is very important to setting up clients in Hyperproof where they may be utilizing several programs simultaneously (e.g., ISO, SOC2, NIST). Additionally, reliably keeping up with current and developing standards is critical to partner success. Hyperproof added a capability to monitor and report Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) scoring in 2024, which allows partners to better serve clients with or seeking DoD contracts.

The partner customer support is phenomal! We have a direct line to our product managers via Slack, and the team is very responsive to emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hyperproof?

If you've used other GRC tools, Hyperproof (like the others) changes or mixes terminology which creates a bit of a learning curve, but not insurmountable. The one thing I see missing from the tool is the ability to upload a template and produce a complete System Security Plan (SSP). Currently, users can export information to be used in an SSP (e.g., implementation details), but there is no way to produce a complete SSP (e.g., CUI SSP Template for NIST SP 800-171). Manual Processes: Many compliance tasks, like evidence collection and control testing, are done manually, leading to inefficiencies and potential for human error.

Lack of Visibility: It can be challenging to gain real-time insights into risks and compliance gaps, making it difficult to address issues proactively.
