I like Hyperproof's integrations of different programs in one. It also eliminates the efforts of collecting same evidence again and again. When fully implemented and understood by all stakeholders, Hyperproof's system & processes well & execute can greatly benefit the organization by ensuring compliance with various laws and standards through its robust automation capabilities.

I also like its risk register module for its ability to connect to controls in our existing program. Currently does not have ability to generate statement of applicability for the audits or the customers. This is odd, considering their main module is "programs" and statement of applicability is one of the important part of it

Additionally, Hyperproof's complexity can be overwhelming. While the value of implementing the programs is very high however its intricate structure can sometimes be challenging, cause confusion & lose motivation. Hyperproof helped me and my team as the external ISO 27001 auditor. It allowed my client to have all of their documentation in one place and continue to work on it via internal reviews prior to submitting it to my team. Their customer support helped my client setup the ISO 27001 framework so they knew exactly which control to upload their documentation to. The client had a very quick turn around time for implementation and was able to getup to speed very quickly. I think for a while we had an issue with the size of the files we couldn't share. I believe they were working on increasing their capacity. HyperProof makes it easy to drive evidnece collection and retention. Also, modules can be repurposed in some ways such as turning the risk register into a POAM manager so there is flexibility on what can be done. Thanks to HyperProof I have seen a reduction in man hours needed to maintain my compliance packages. The only issue I have seen with hyperProof is if a jumpstart is done with similar controls as it can create duplicates with no way of mass deletion. However, HyperProof is fixing this issue, and the reason why it is important as a user to test everything in the sandbox before doing anything in the production enviroment. The tool offers a sleek interface, is easy to implement, and requires no additional training. Features like Labels (containers for organizing evidence) and the ability to track freshness are definite advantages. It also provides reusability of previous audits, effortless sharing of evidence with external auditors, and excellent support during and after implementation.

Hyperproof is utilized to manage ISO, SOC, and other compliance frameworks required by the company. It is an essential daily tool to oversee organizational compliance and fulfill customer commitments.

The dashboard lacks customization options, and the internal reporting feature falls short of expectations, as it is also non-customizable. Hyperproof’s suggested solution is to use Snowflake integration to extract data and generate reports. Additionally, a customizable, template-based questionnaire for assessments is not available.
