One of the aspects I appreciate most about Hyperproof is its ability to centralize and streamline compliance management. It's impressive how it brings together policies, procedures, controls, evidence, and even risk monitoring into a single platform. What problems is Hyperproof solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hyperproof is primarily solving the challenges associated with traditional, manual compliance and Audit processes.

These challenges often include:

Disjointed Information: Compliance data is often scattered across spreadsheets, emails, and shared drives, making it difficult to get a holistic view of an organization's compliance posture.

Manual Processes: Many compliance tasks, like evidence collection and control testing, are done manually, leading to inefficiencies and potential for human error.

Lack of Visibility: It can be challenging to gain real-time insights into risks and compliance gaps, making it difficult to address issues proactively.

What do you like best about Hyperproof?

The tool provides much flexibility for deciding how you'll use it to manage your program(s). With great flexibility comes many choices, but the implementation and customer success team is great about helping you understand best practices and the pros and cons of each. What do you dislike about Hyperproof?

I wish Hypersyncs (their automated information request feature) were released more frequently. Luckily, Hyperproof has a pretty easy-to-use SDK that is straightforward for anyone who can develop in Javascript to use. Your only limitation are the APIs made available to you by tools you wish to import data from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hyperproof solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Hyperproof to manage multiple security compliance frameworks, internal gap assessments and audits, information collection automation, and external audits. We also take advantage of the risk register and vendor risk management module. We are currently considering implementing the access review module. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hyperproof is easy to use. Everything is very well organized and clear. It took my team and I very little time to get used to. From there, everything was efficent and streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hyperproof?

No major dislikes come to mind about Hyperproof. If I HAD to pick something, I would say that I wish you were able to change the status of something after approved. If something was mistakenly marked as approved, we found that it was easiest to make a new request rather than be able to turn it back to in progress or needs revision. What do you like best about Hyperproof?

We have been using this tool for various compliance, internal and external audits that include ISO, PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOC, CSA STAR, FFIEC etc. This tool helping us to manage controls, labels, organizing the proof ( evidence) etc very effectively. There are dashboards with filter to see real time data and status. Also, tool sends notifications, reminders to allow compliance managers to stay on top. What do you dislike about Hyperproof?
