The only downside that we have run up against is specific to the tool being able to calculate inherent and residual risk. Instead of it being a manual adjustment/change, it should be determined based on how the controls are answered. Hyperproof is a collaborative tool that can be used for internal as well as external team members for use in satisfying requirements for proof required for a variety of required frameworks and controls.
