I hope anybody can help me **What do you dislike about Hydrawise?** Hydrawise doesn't give Support for my Problem. Nobody can be reached, Chat trashy .... **What problems is Hydrawise solving and how is that benefiting you?** Regarding my problem: I bought a Hunter Pro-HC irrigation controller and tried to set it up. The Hydrawise app says "Controller not connected..." and the Hydrawise website says "No Internet Connection." Wi-Fi is configured, and the irrigation controller says the internet connection is working. My question is, how does the irrigation controller connect to the Hydrawise server, or why isn't it connecting? Hydrawise support: none. Hunter support: none ... I will gladly change my rating once my problem is finally resolved! ### 2.
