When the sensors worked they were great, you could see the moisture history, amount of light the plants are getting and even sees soil health in therms of nutrients available. With the water sensor you could schedule witterings when soil moisture dropped bellow a specified level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The support is just non existing, the products have stopped working and support does not answer tickets. Support was slow to begin with but is now non existent. Since the devices are made with proprietary APIs rather than opensource the ability to use the product is non existent once the website went down.
