**What do you like best about Rachio?**

Once setup and customization is complete, there's very little interaction required by the user. Rachio is a self-managed solution for maintaining your landscaping while reducing water consumption and cost.

**What do you dislike about Rachio?**

Customization (i.e. slope, soil type, etc.) to maximize efficiency and savings without sacrificing your landscaping requires some knowledge of the area you live in. You may require be required to consult a professional to set it up correctly.

**Recommendations to others considering Rachio:**

A great option once set up correctly. You may need to do a little research about the attributes of the area you live in to ensure the controller is operating optimally and efficiently.

**What problems is Rachio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maintain landscaping and curb appeal with minimal effort and upkeep.
