I'd like some more content on certain concepts, and the creation of Huntress Managed Compliance Learning Plans would be great. Plans that check the boxes for different CIS requirements, etc. You can pretty much build these on your own as is, though. Some of the training is a little cheesy, which can cause the clients to stop paying attention. The training library is still much smaller than other competitors in the arena. We have been Using Huntress Security training from about 6 months and so far we are satisfied with content. The videos are illustrative and they made complex topics easy to understand for employees at all levels of technical expertise. Having Huntress makes me feel better about our security on endpoints in my company. With Huntress, I have actual people looking at potential events on my endpoints, and letting me know if a response is actually needed. I've noticed that sometimes, it can take a while for an endpoint to update with what policies are needing for that workstation. So in Huntress, it'll show up as an "unsafe" workstation until it finally updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
