Choosing this as our SAT platform was an easy choice. Huntress is a brand we trust, the solution is pretty much set and forget and features such as targeted training for failed phishing that trains the user on the phish message they failed, specifically helping them identify the signs for next time, is brilliant. The videos are short, reasonable interesting and engaging. It has a reasonable feature set, and is relatively straight forward to set up. Given we use Huntress for other things as well, it gives us one vendor to interact with, and our support experience has been pretty much ideal. Feature requests are dealt with well. The initial configuration could be more intuitive. I prefer configurations to be workflow-based, and I find the layout of the management console to be less than straightforward. Locking specific accounts to NOT be trained is harder than it could be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that our customers like it, they pay attention to the various lessons and have made positive comments about the learning sessions. From a MSP point of view, we like that it's simple to get things setup for new customers and using the API, we can easily invoice the proper amount per month. The monthly reporting helps the customers manage their own staff progress on meeting their internal objectives related to security awareness training.
