Humatic Reviews & Product Details

Humatic is an AI-moderated interview platform for customer and market research. An AI interviewer conducts one-on-one conversations, asks adaptive follow-up questions, and collects open-ended answers at the speed and cost of a survey. Every respondent is a real, verified person. Identity verification is a core part of the platform rather than an add-on, addressing a recognised weakness of online research panels, where synthetic or fraudulent responses can undermine the quality of qualitative data. Participants are compensated for completed interviews. Humatic operates in Italy and serves research in Italian.
