I use Rhabit Analytics to receive employee feedback, which helps me improve my management skills. I appreciate the real-time feedback and the bi-monthly surveys; they let me know if the changes I've implemented are effective. Rhabit Analytics is super easy to use for feedback providers, requiring very little time from them, yet it provides detailed information and helpful coaching tips on specific habits to help me improve more rapidly. Humareso is a great analytical tool that is fully customizable for your needs as an employer, and also gives the employee a voice to give their feedback anonymously. The automated emails to all the employees enables everyone to give feedback weekly, letting us improve and analyze all areas of our business. Rhabit is a great tool to give praise to employees that sometimes are behind the scenes. It is for ones that do go over and above their usual tasks. For me personally, I like the feedback indicating where I need to improve, maybe address issues within my teams and where as a rmteam we are strongest. The selections of topics could use a little more variety. There could be a drop down tab to show where the microcourses are located, also the 1:1's for our company. This also could be achieved with a "click here" in the rewards sections that are darkened gray as they have not been achieved personally. There are no other "dislikes" for me. I love the idea of being able to see how you are performing based on your peers thoughts and views. It is a great way for you to know where you are strong and weak in the eyes of those you work with on a daily basis and for management it helps to guage how you are doing with your subordinates. I find that it can have negative impacts on people who receive negative scores but are not recieiving feedback from their peers to know why they have been scored as such. I think there should be something added that requires a person to provide at the very least a specific example of why they are rating the person lower so that said person can utilize that information to learn and grow.
