It is for ones that do go over and above their usual tasks. For me personally, I like the feedback indicating where I need to improve, maybe address issues within my teams and where as a rmteam we are strongest. The main page is very good and to get to through most navigation, it has a relatively ease of use. **What do you dislike about Humareso?** The selections of topics could use a little more variety. There could be a drop down tab to show where the microcourses are located, also the 1:1's for our company. This also could be achieved with a "click here" in the rewards sections that are darkened gray as they have not been achieved personally. It is a great way for you to know where you are strong and weak in the eyes of those you work with on a daily basis and for management it helps to guage how you are doing with your subordinates. **What do you dislike about Humareso?** I find that it can have negative impacts on people who receive negative scores but are not recieiving feedback from their peers to know why they have been scored as such. I think there should be something added that requires a person to provide at the very least a specific example of why they are rating the person lower so that said person can utilize that information to learn and grow. **What problems is Humareso solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Rhabit to document instances where the team are doing a great job and where they can improve. Having to answer the same small book of questions makes me think our initial feedback (month 1-3) was more impactful than it is today. Once they adjust to the challenging task of being honest and actually self evaluating, they say they look forward to our monthly check ins. After the first 6-8 months, we started to hear out staff asking for feedback more in our monthly meeetings. Their comfort level with their management and ability to have us focus on them has resulted in increased production and much better team work. Trust has been built from top to bottom. As a manager, being able to look back at the monthly 1:1's and previous annual reviews (as we build them) is invaluable. **What do you dislike about Humareso?** I can't say that there is really anything that I dislike. It allows for users to received direct feedback from those they choose, request guidance on how they can improve, and share their feedback with the company at large as well as individuals they work most closely with. **What do you dislike about Humareso?** I don't appreciate losing "carrots" as a result of not completing the weekly feedback within that week. This to me, is an unnecessary repremand. The ability to encourage and praise each other via high-fives is also a great feature. The app is very user friendly and the email reminders to complete the twice weekly reviews are very helpful to keep me on track! **What do you dislike about Humareso?** The feedback questions that we send to our co-workers do not change unless your job does. It become monotonous asking the same feed back questions year after year and I'm pretty sure people tire of answering the same questions repeatedly. I'm not fond of the "one-on-one" achievements in the carrot quarterly achievement section. Most of us only have a one-on-one reviews once a year and therefore cannot compete with the management team who does one-on-ones with the employees constantly.
