I like that we can anonymously voice opinions and concerns. We get involved every week with prompted questions to answer as well as having the opportunity to write in a suggestion at any time! I've been using Rhabit for over 2 years, and my team and I absolutely enjoy it. A great tool for me has been the feedback option. We're able to share positive feedback to our co-workers, and were able to see what others rate us. As a manager, I am always under my teams eye and when I see I've been rated low, I always start with the small articles on How to Improve. They offer great ideas and support when you're unsure where to start. Rhabit also offers a great way to express how well someone or a team has done by giving them a high five, it's posted on a time line that everyone within the organization sees, and it also allowes anyone to comment! In my opinion, the simple feedback mechanism coupled with the short amount of time required to supply feedback makes usage/adoption very high amongst users of this tool. The only negative I have is regarding the lack of new feedback questions. Having to answer the same small book of questions makes me think our initial feedback (month 1-3) was more impactful than it is today. Rhabit Analytics was easy to implement and the Customer Service has been terrific. We just added the Carrot Store and it adds a little extra fun to the process. To be honest, the hardest thing is to get the employees to buy into using Rhabit. Once they adjust to the challenging task of being honest and actually self evaluating, they say they look forward to our monthly check ins. After the first 6-8 months, we started to hear out staff asking for feedback more in our monthly meetings. Their comfort level with their management and ability to have us focus on them has resulted in increased production and much better team work. Trust has been built from top to bottom. Rhabit is a convenient and easy way for employers and employees to share how they perceive their organization and place within it. It allows for users to receive direct feedback from those they choose, request guidance on how they can improve, and share their feedback with the company at large as well as individuals they work most closely with. I don't appreciate losing "carrots" as a result of not completing the weekly feedback within that week. This to me, is an unnecessary reprimand. Other software suites we utilize simply keep a running tally of the surveys/trainings we still have pending and allow users the flexibility to complete them without negativity or loss.
