Having used the platform extensively, this reviewer finds it effective for recognizing and rewarding coworkers' contributions. Sending rewards to a group can omit some recipients if there are not enough points, which needs improvement.

I really like the interface, how the design the different blocks where everyone can work in a collaborative environment. The information of the projects go from the biggest aspects to the small details. You only need to click on to start go deeper in details. This helps a lot to do not lose track of the whole strategy. I don't understand how this program define how complete the boxes/activities are. Sometime we expand the activities in a box and therefore the duration is increased. I am not paying attention at the lower bar that inform the percentage of completion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
