"Outstanding Recruitment Efficiency and Candidate Experience with Hubert"

What do you like best about Hubert?

Hubert creates substantial cost- and time efficiencies for my recruitment team. While severely improving the candidate journey Hubert also converts more candidates to applicants as most candidates rarely have an up-to-date CV on hand while finding our job ads in different media across Internet. Furthermore, besides the cost- and time efficiencies, Hubert creates a fantastic basis for both automatic and personal decision making regarding each candidate.

The onboarding and support provided by the Hubert team is outstanding and all integrations work without a hitch. We find Hubert to be very user friendly for both our recruitment team and our candidates.

It's worth to mention that during my 6 years as a client I haven't experienced any up-time or performance issues and the AI-driven analytics part of Hubert has with time become excellent when it comes to assessing our vast flow of candidates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hubert?

For volume hiring, this tool can be used instead of CV parsing, providing candidate rankings based on the STAR technique and deterministic AI. There’s no black box, the ranking feature gives a clear overview of all candidates, which saves time but also provide you with better insights regarding the candidates history than a CV does, and integrates smoothly with your ATS. What do you like best about Hubert?

The ability to quickly identify the strongest candidates from a high volume of applications, enabling our recruiters to focus their time on meaningful interviews rather than manual screening. What do you dislike about Hubert?

My biggest concern is ensuring that we don't optimise purely for efficiency at the expense of candidate potential. Previous experience is not a requirement for PGL but demonstrating values is most important. What do you like best about Hubert?

Hubert supports recruitment by automating communication, which helps streamline processes and improve efficiency. It contributes to a smoother candidate experience and is particularly useful in high-volume recruitment, where it can save time. The tool is relatively easy to use, and navigation is generally straightforward.

We have experienced few technical issues with Hubert overall, and it has performed reliably from a technical standpoint. The integration with Teamtailor works well and supports the overall workflow.

Hubert’s candidate scoring is fairly consistent, and the pricing can be considered aligned with the value it provides. During and after implementation, we have received good support from Sara, which has helped with onboarding and ongoing use.

What do you dislike about Hubert?

The scoring still needs refinement and is not always accurate. Customization has improved but remains somewhat difficult. Not all users adopt Hubert easily, and some misunderstand how to use it. Filtering job listings—especially in the Jobs tab—could also be more user-friendly. Overall, Hubert is not a complete solution and does not consistently speed up the recruitment process. What do you like best about Hubert?

Hubert really solved the huge workload of manual screening for us, and it finally helped us actually utilize our candidate database. Before, we spent way too many hours screening everyone manually, and we rarely got the full value out of our talent pool. Now, because candidates go through Hubert first, the data becomes structured, making it incredibly easy to search for the right profiles later on.

I also love that the screening is completely non-biased, and because it automates the follow-up, every single applicant gets a response. It gives them a great experience while saving the team an immense amount of time.

On top of that, Hubert made it possible for us to automatically route candidates to the right specialist teams. This means specialists are always talking to specialists, which just gives a much better experience for both the candidates and our consultants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hubert?

One thing that could be smoother is setting up new job profiles or tweaking the questionnaires, as it isn't super intuitive yet. "Modern Candidate Experience That Saves Recruiters Time"

What do you like best about Hubert?

Hubert replaces the traditional phone screen with a great candidate experience that feels contempory and innovative. For Recruiters, Hubert draws out loads of good candidate insights through competency based interviews, providing a better picture of who's applying. Recruiters and Coordinators get time back because candidates can complete their Hubert interview when it suits them, most chose outside work hours, so less faffing about scheduling. Based on their feedback, candidates actually enjoy the experience, which is a real win! Hubert as a standalone solution is just fine. The UI is clean and intuitive. But with a CRM integration, the recruitment workflow gets much better. Finally, I'd call out the onboarding and implementation support as excellent. If you're in the volume hiring space and want some technology that actually makes an impact, Hubert AI is a great place to start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
